In 2005-2006, the Division of Student Affairs established 4 different awards. The purpose was to recognize the contributions of individuals and teams across the Division for their efforts and accomplishments in making a positive difference in their work environments, service to students, and commitment to diversity.
We are pleased to announce that we are seeking nominations for the Calendar Year 2006 Division Awards. Administrative professional and state-classified employees who are working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for the awards. The award recipients will be announced at the Division of Student Affairs Staff Appreciation Reception slated for Tuesday, January 9, 2007 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Each of the individual awards requires a separate nomination. Teams may nominate themselves for the Bridges Award, or be nominated by someone outside the group. The nomination should be for actions, work, initiatives, etc. that occurred between December 15, 2005 and December 15, 2006. Completed nomination forms are available on-line (click on award name) and must be submitted (on-line, hand-written or type-written) by 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 15, 2006.
