Division of Student Affairs Awards
In 2005-2006, the Division of Student Affairs established four different awards. The purpose was to recognize the contributions of individuals and teams across the Division for their efforts and accomplishments in making a positive difference in their work environments, service to students, and commitment to diversity.
We are pleased to announce that we are seeking nominations for the Calendar Year 2006 Division Awards. Administrative professional and state-classified employees who are working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for the awards. The award recipients will be announced at the Division of Student Affairs Staff Appreciation Reception slated for Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Each of the individual awards requires a separate nomination. Teams may nominate themselves for the Bridges Award, or be nominated by someone outside the group. The nomination should be for actions, work, initiatives, etc. that occurred between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007. Completed nomination forms are available on-line (click on award name) and must be submitted (on-line, hand-written or type-written) by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8, 2008.
