Submit (electronic, typed or hand-written copy), nomination to Linda Ahuna-Hamill, 201 Administration Building. All nominations will be acknowledged upon receipt. For full consideration, nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2009.

This award will be given to the person who has demonstrated the following:

  • The ability to take initiative in developing or enhancing programs/services that meet the changing needs of the department and/or student.
  • Creative use of resources, including people, budgets and technology.
  • Innovative in making a positive difference in the work environment, quality service to students and commitment to diversity.
  • What other information do you think is relevant to the applicant's consideration for the Innovation Award?
